Sushil Mantri, Chairman and Managing Director of Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd, is a passionate entrepreneur – a dynamic leader whose mindset is characterized by extreme discipline and focus on work. His growth in the last 26 years has been driven by confidence, innovation and encouragement for a high standard of ethical practices.

In his career spanning more than two decades, he charted new vistas for Mantri Developers. Under his leadership, the group diversified into various fields like construction, real estate, textiles, leasing and finance, shares and stock broking.

He is a commerce graduate, and has completed Owner/President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School.

Initial Inspiration & Eye for Opportunity

Mr. Mantri learned the ropes of entrepreneurship at an early age. After completing school, he assisted his father in his textile business. The big break and turnaround came when they completed the first project in 1987. Mr. Mantri turned his focus entirely on the real-estate field, which was quite nascent in India.

His keen sense of determination, his passion for success, and his attitude towards learning have catapulted Mantri Developers into a leader in Indian real estate.

Sushil Mantri, along with his corporate work, charted a way forward to contribute towards the welfare of society. In order to make a difference in the society, one has to be the change catalyst. Some of the voluntary corporate initiatives included school education for students below the poverty line, improvement and beautification of public properties, public offices, donations to charities., etc.
